  2. Principles and Practices of Expressive Arts Therapy : An overview of the historical development of arts therapy and introduction to main theoretical approaches in art therapy.

  3. Foundation in Expressive Arts Therapy across Lifespan : Developmental theories and the use of arts therapy treatment at different developmental stages from children, adolescents, adults, and elderly; different art interventions.

  4. Materials and Creative Processes in Expressive Arts Therapy : Understanding of the use of different materials for the establishment of therapeutic goals and intervention strategies; criteria for materials selection including the traits, therapeutic potentiall, and sensory attributes of a range if materials and media.

  5. Core Issues in Psychotherapy : An understanding of core issues in psychotherapy, therapist-client processes, and projective identification.
     
  6. Theory and Practice of Group Therapy : Major theories and approaches to group therapy and their applications in arts therapy practice including group composition and client selection, group developmental stage, group dynamics and processes, group roles, therapeutic factors, and multicultural issues in group therapy.

  7. Research Methodology in Expressive Arts Therapies : Ability to read, evaluate, conceive and design quantitative and qualitative research in creative arts therapies.

  8. Assessment and Projective Diagnostic Techniques in Expressive Arts Therapy : Theoretical and practical basis for assessment, particularly for using projective drawing techniques in diagnostic and therapeutic practice such as Draw-A-Person Test, House-Tree-Person, and Kinetic Family Drawing.

  9. Advanced Expressive Arts Therapy : Deepened and expanded theoretical and practical understanding of arts therapy; A simulation of therapist-patient relationship in the context of different clinical populations.

  10. Principles of Expressive Arts Therapy Ethics : Ethical principles, reliability, confidentiality, fairness, professional responsibility of a therapist; ethical dilemmas of therapists; the rules for the therapist in different countries.

  11. Expressive Arts Therapy Group Supervision : Group supervision in expressive arts therapy with peers and supervisors.

  12. Expressive Art Therapy Practicum : Clinical seminar through observation and participation in arts therapy sessions led by a principle arts therapist in a variety of settings alongside the supervision.

  13. Expressive Art Therapy Internship : Individual practicum in arts therapy in various settings under the concurrent individual supervision.
