Professor Binson is both the Dean of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts and the Director of the FAA-Emili Sagol Creative Arts Research and Innovation Center for Well-being at Thailand’s Chulalongkorn University. She has conducted doctoral level art therapy courses and is the principal investigator for art therapy and music medicine studies at several regional hospitals. She is Thailand’s pioneer certified TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise) provider trained under TRE’s founder.
As an experienced workshop leader, she provides TRE workshops both nationally and abroad. She is one of Thailand’s few certified TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise) providers trained under TRE’s founder Dr.David Berceli. She is co-founder of the first international music therapy programme offered at Chulalongkorn University. Currently, she is also the director of a Master Degree programme in Music Therapy programme at Chulalongkorn University.
Kearkiat Praditpornsilpa is a Professor of Medicine at the Division of Nephrology, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. His main scientific interests are chronic kidney disease, transplant immunology, the immunogenicity of recombinant erythropoietin, and geriatric nephrology. He published 162 peer-reviewed research articles and was the author of book chapters of Brenner & Rector’s The Kidney Ninth Edition and Schrier’s Diseases of the Kidney, Ninth Edition. He is a Clinical Research Committee Member of the International Society of Nephrology, International Society of Nephrology Oceania & South East Asia (OSEA) Regional Board Member. He is also the Chairman of the Excellence Center of Geriatrics at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital.
Meytal Fogel-Simhony (Ph.D) is a Doctor of Psychology and certified multi-modal Expressive Arts Therapist who specializes in Psychodrama Therapy. Meytal has worked for the Ministry of Education in Israel in both Integrative and Special Education School Systems, practiced therapy with teenagers who face a range of learning disorders and behavioral and emotional challenges, and has consulted for both teachers and parents. Meytal has also gained experience working with individuals and groups of adults at a Mental Health Hospital. Meytal has gained certification as a therapist under ‘The New Authority’, a program for instructing both parents and teachers who deal with severe or violent behavioral problems. Meytal has been instructing and moderating groups and workshops on a range of topics, in diverse, multi-cultural settings, for over 15 years. Graduated her PhD of Psychology at IASI University in 2022.
Meytal is the mother of 4 sweet and challenging children, and has been living in Thailand for nearly 10 years.
Prof. Lev-Wiesel, Ph.D., is a Professor Emerita at the University of Haifa where she founded the School for Creative Art Therapies and the Emili Sagol Research Center for Creative Arts Therapies. She also serves as a Professor of social work at Tel Hai Academic College. Her research focuses on child abuse, sexual abuse, trauma and growth, and the development and validation of creative tools for assessment and therapeutic purposes. She published about 200 papers and chapters in peer-reviewed journals and seven books on these issues.
A lecturer, researcher and licensed art therapist, Ph.D. in Creative Arts Therapy from the university of Haifa, Israel, following an MSc in Clinical Applications of Psychology from Kingston university, UK, and a BSc in Psychology from Chulalongkorn university, Thailand.
With her expertise in art therapy, Nisara is inspired and passionate to work with people from a range of age groups; cultural and social backgrounds; and encourage, support, and offer her expertise to lend a helping hand to those in need to realize, grow and unlock their full potential.
